Black roses, for the failed revolutionary.
A heart that yearns for eternity, too, could be considered beautiful.
The Tiger Tiger, tiger, burning bright In the forests of the night,  What immortal hand or eye  Could frame thy fearful symmetry?  In what distant deeps or skies  Burnt the fire of thine eyes?  On what wings dare he aspire?  What the hand dare seize the fire?  And what shoulder and what art  Could twist the sinews of thy heart?  And when thy heart began to beat,  What dread hand and what dread feet?  What the hammer? what the chain?  In what furnace was thy brain?  What the anvil? What dread grasp  Dare its deadly terrors clasp?  When the stars threw down their spears,  And water’d heaven with their tears,  Did He smile His work to see?  Did He who made the lamb make thee?  Tiger, tiger, burning bright  In the forests of the night,  What immortal hand or eye  Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?  - William Blake

The Tiger

Tiger, tiger, burning bright In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder and what art
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand and what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? What dread grasp
Dare its deadly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears,
And water’d heaven with their tears,
Did He smile His work to see?
Did He who made the lamb make thee?

Tiger, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

- William Blake

“When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you, but because in that brief moment, when the coin is in the air, you suddenly know what you are hoping for.”
When you suffered enough… And growing desperate from the fight…
‘Friends’ “Yesterday… All my troubles seemed so far away. Oh I believe in yesterday.” Sorry to break the spell, but I don’t believe in yesterday. More than 90% of my ‘friends’ forgot my birthday and it gets worse when I tell you my own girlfriend forgot it too. Best birthday ever right?!? :D NOT! So here’s what I figured out. If you don’t put up your birthday on Facebook, people just don’t care about it or simply forget it. And no, I’m not a hater of modern technology, I got several gadgets myself but what the hell? This isn’t right, this is not normal. This is really messed up. People are relying on modern tech to control their lives. Tech CAN help us, no doubt, but if it controls our lives, you know it has gotten out of hand. People should think for themselves but fewer and fewer people still do this. You can’t simply forget your friends because Facebook doesn’t have their information. You can’t, or at least that’s what I thought. Turns out it is possible. To all those people, who depend on tech to control their lives, I say this: … Actually, I have no words for them and those that I have, aren’t polite enough to put them on my blog. And thanks to the ones, who did not forget, eventhough most of you just knew because one of my friends who did remember posted it on Facebook-wall and so you remembered too and had the courage to send a text or anything after all. Thanks anyway.  To all those others: gfy.

Wisdom, Justice and Love

I come to this magnificent house of worship tonight, Because my conscience leaves me no other choice. A true revolution of values will lay hands on the world order and say of war: This way of settling difference is not just. This business of burning human beings with napalm, Filling our nation’s homes with orphans and widows, Of injecting poisonous drugs of hate into veins of people normally humane. Of sending men home from the dark and bloody battlefields physically handicapped and psychologically deranged, Cannot be reconciled with wisdom, justice and love.

 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
“I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can’t see from the center.”
